1925 год, времена японской оккупации в Корее. Любитель тигриных шкур, японский военный министр, приказывает изловить так называемого короля всех тигров Кореи. Понимая всю опасность задания, охотники обращаются к бывшему товарищу, некогда величайшему охотнику страны. Тот отказывается помогать, однако его сын после ссоры с отцом вступает в ряды охотников.
